10 days of Christmas: Tin Cup

Christmas is upon us and it's coming up fast. If you need some last-minute gifts for the golf fan in your life, don't worry, we've got you covered.

I have to admit I swiped this idea from Shane Bacon (he's doing the 12 days of Christmas on Instagram) but I thought it would be fun to throw in some links and analysis on the gear. And since I started a little bit late I have to go with the 10 days of Christmas instead.

First up, a ball marker for the 21st century.
Tin Cup

What is it: A customized ball-marking device. They make various designs including college logos, all kinds of random designs (see top photo), and now Christmas tree and candy cane outlines. I personally have a college logo and I love it.

Where can I get one: Right here on TinCup.com

How much does it cost: $20

Why would you recommend it: Marking your ball with three black dots is boring, leave that for the pros. The Tin Cup is easy to carry around and really easy to use.

Plus, when you get to see that school logo roll into the cup on a 10-foot putt, that's pretty cool.
